Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will help drive seamless operations and support the dependable delivery experience our customers rely on.\nIn this role, you’ll collaborate closely with logistics partners and internal teams, manage essential documentation, and help maintain the high standards that define Danfoss. You'll work in a fast-moving environment where each shipment you prepare supports our mission toward a sustainable future.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nPrepare and review accurate shipping documentation and enter shipment data into SAP.\n\nEnsure parts are correctly packaged and staged for domestic and export shipments.\n\nPick and assemble items for shipment using pick lists and material-handling equipment.\n\nLog and track shipments to support timely freight bill processing and payment.\n\nFile freight claims and assist with shipment tracers or other general shipping tasks as needed.\n\nReceive cross-training from the Material Control team to support overall operations.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nPrior experience in a shipping or logistics role.\n\nA one-year technical/college certificate or one year of related work experience.\n\nComfortable using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.\n\nExperience with an ERP system (SAP preferred).\n\nAbility to process and interpret export documentation.Strong communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners.\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks, work well in a team environment, and handle physical material-handling duties.\n\nAttention to detail when gathering, organizing, and reviewing shipment data\n\nComfortable working first shift hours\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
