You’ll work with planning systems, operational data, and performance metrics to help shape smarter business decisions.\nIn this role, you’ll develop valuable experience in Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) while building the technical and business foundation for a future career in supply chain planning and operations.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nSupport the demand planning process by maintaining, validating, deploying, and analyzing forecasts within planning tools such as Anaplan.\nMonitor customer demand trends, open orders, and forecast performance to identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.\nAssist with inventory planning and optimization initiatives, including safety stock reviews, inventory analysis, and data governance activities.\nAnalyze key supply chain and operational performance metrics, helping identify root causes and support corrective actions that improve business outcomes.\nCreate reports, dashboards, and analytical tools while partnering with cross-functional teams on SIOP initiatives, process improvements, and strategic projects.\nWhat We're Looking For\nCurrently pursuing, or recently completed, a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.\nStrong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.\nKnowledge of forecasting, inventory management, supply chain operations, or manufacturing principles gained through coursework, projects, or internships.\nExperience using Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar technologies is a plus.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and build productive working relationships.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
