Your architecture decisions will support reliable solutions today while preparing them for future business and technology needs.\nYou’ll collaborate with product owners, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders, bringing technical direction and architectural expertise to complex initiatives.\nThe job shall be hybrid in one of Danfoss offices - Bulgaria (Sofia) or India (Chennai).\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n Design scalable solution architectures for Product Configuration, Configure-to-Order (CTO), and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes, defining how systems and applications work together.\nEvaluate technologies, frameworks, and tools and recommend solutions that meet business requirements while supporting scalability, reliability, and future integration.\nPartner with product owners, developers, business analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into clear and practical architectural solutions.\nGuide development teams on architecture, design patterns, standards, and best practices while helping resolve complex technical challenges.\nCreate and maintain clear architecture documentation and diagrams, ensuring solutions meet agreed technical and quality standards.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Electronics, PLM, or a related field.\nExtensive professional experience in Product Configuration, Configure-to-Order (CTO), and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) solutions.\nStrong experience working across enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and Siemens Teamcenter, together with an understanding of how these systems integrate.\nProven experience as a Solution Architect or in a comparable architecture role, including creating architecture designs, documentation, and related artifacts.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and share knowledge and best practices across teams.\nProfessional proficiency in written and spoken English.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
