Our Editron business unit is leading the electrification revolution, specializing in hybrid and electric powertrain systems for the off-highway, on-highway and marine markets.\nWe now have an opportunity to recruit a Sourcing Project Manager to be based at our flagship site in Lappeenranta, Finland, to help play a key role in management of procurement projects as part of a matrix organization. You'll be working closely with global category managers and program managers to initiate, design and execute projects while meeting quality and cost goals.\nThis role will involve some international travel (up to circa 25%).\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nIn this role, you’ll be responsible for driving the procurement agenda in a matrix environment, working both cross- functionally and globally in close collaboration with suppliers and internal teams. In particular, you will be:\nDeveloping and execute project sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.\nConduct market analysis, cost benchmarking, and supplier capability assessments\nIdentifying cost-saving opportunities and driving continuous cost optimization\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe are looking for an open- minded colleague with a strong drive and growth mindset. It is essential that you possess deep interpersonal skills, the courage to challenge the status quo and an ability to work effectively with others at all levels in an organization. We also expect to see applicants demonstrating:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related field.
