You'll help advance our design-to-cost approach and deliver sustainable cost improvements across a global product portfolio.\nThis is an opportunity to influence strategic decisions, collaborate with stakeholders across a global matrix organization, and turn ideas into measurable business results.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead pipeline generation of cross-functional cost optimization projects that improve product competitiveness and deliver measurable business value\nIdentify and prioritize cost reduction opportunities through data-driven analysis and collaboration to build a strong pipeline of impactful initiatives.\nFacilitate workshops and improvement activities that generate ideas, align stakeholders, and accelerate implementation\nInfluence and align stakeholders across sourcing, engineering, operations, and finance to secure commitment and successfully deliver results\nStrengthen cost management processes, tools, and governance to improve consistency, transparency, and long-term effectiveness.\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong project management experience with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business results\nAn engineering background, preferably within electronics, or a strong technical understanding of products, manufacturing processes, and cost drivers\nExperience with cost reduction, sourcing/procurement, engineering, or a combination of these areas, including identifying and implementing improvement opportunities\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, build strong partnerships, and navigate a complex global matrix organization\nA growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to balance detailed analysis with broader business goals\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nThis is a high-impact role within Danfoss Power Solutions, where you'll help shape the future cost competitiveness of our CCS portfolio.\nFurthermore:\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
