As an HR AI Solutions Specialist in our new AI Hub in Sofia, you’ll turn real HR and business challenges into practical AI solutions that make work simpler, improve decisions, and create better experiences for employees and managers.\nThis is a hands-on role where you’ll have end-to-end ownership. You’ll move from identifying opportunities and rapidly testing ideas to deploying AI agents, copilots, automations, and workflows and measuring the impact they create.\nYou’ll work at the intersection of HR, AI, data, and technology, collaborating with experts and stakeholders across the organization while experimenting with emerging technologies and turning promising ideas into scalable solutions.\nThe job is planned as hybrid.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nPartner with HR, business, IT, and data teams to identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities that solve meaningful business problems.\nDesign, build, and deploy AI agents, copilots, automations, and agentic workflows, taking solutions from idea to implementation.\nRapidly create prototypes, proofs of concept, and MVPs using AI-assisted development, low-code tools, and enterprise technologies.\nBuild and extend AI capabilities using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Databricks, and SAP SuccessFactors, integrating solutions with relevant systems, data, and HR processes.\nEnsure solutions meet security, data privacy, AI governance, and EU AI Act requirements, while using adoption data, business impact, and user feedback to continuously improve them.\nWhat We're Looking For\nYou bring 3+ years of experience building and deploying AI solutions, ideally within HR or a related area.
