As our new Student Worker in Production Engineering, you will play a hands-on role in building the documentation and data foundation that drives smarter, faster decisions across our production environment. Your working hours will be split equally between our sites in Christiansfeld and Marsvej (Kolding), so you will be working on the production floor at both locations.\nYou will help uncover where processes can be stabilized, improved, and made more transparent. Whether it is through a well-structured analysis or a small improvement initiative you take ownership of, the work you do here creates real operational value, and you will see the results directly.\nThis is a role for someone who is curious, self-driven, and ready to work where engineering meets data. You will move between your desk and the production floor across both sites, collaborating with operators, engineers, and supervisors who are genuinely invested in making things better.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nStrengthen production documentation by creating, maintaining, and improving process records that give the whole team a clearer picture of how work gets done.\n\nTurn data into decisions by analysing production output and preparing insights that support continuous improvement across the organization.\n\nDig into production challenges alongside engineers and operators to identify root causes and flag where process stabilization is needed.\n\nDrive small improvement initiatives end-to-end, from identifying the opportunity based on data to proposing and testing your own solutions.\n\nSupport the production engineering team with a varied mix of tasks, giving you broad exposure to engineering operations in a real industrial environment.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong Excel skills and a solid foundation for working with and interpreting data.\n\nA curious, problem-solving mindset. You ask questions, explore issues, and aren't afraid to form your own view.\n\nThe ability to work autonomously and take ownership, managing your time independently while knowing when to collaborate.\n\nGood written and spoken English.
