You will be expected to excel in a fast pace, growing company and thrive in a culture of continuous improvement. You will need to have outstanding interpersonal communication skills to deal with customers, co-workers and suppliers. This position is located in Caxias do Sul/Rio Grande do Sul/Brazil.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:\nLead supplier development projects to drive key suppliers to targeted quality performance levels.\nTrain supplier to achieve system level root cause and to implement long term corrective actions to eliminate reoccurrence of quality rejects.\nEnsure supplier quality and performance data is available and accurate at all times for suppliers in their category. \nEnsure supplier is fully trained and capable of meeting Danfoss change management expectations. This includes notifying Danfoss of changes and completing all aspects of the PPAP.\nMaintain an expert level understanding of the global standards, tools, and templates and tie them to Danfoss expectations.\nProvide input and feedback to improve the effectiveness of the tools and processes\nVerify the supplier improvement plans are targeted to meet or exceed Danfoss expectations and that they are implemented to the agreed timelines.\nEnsure supplier representatives and management are fully engaged and taking ownership of problems and solutions.\nIdentify gaps where execution does not meet expectations and train people to enable action plans to close the gaps\nWhat We're Looking For\nThe ideal candidate possesses these skills.\nBachelor´s degree in Engineering.\nPreferred experience in following quality tools: PPAP, MSA, calibration, Control Plans, PFMEA, and detailed manufacturing work instructions.\nPrevious quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment required with preferred experience with IATF 16949:2016.\nRequired experience in using problem solving skills such as 8D’s, 5 why’s, fishbone diagrams\nProficient at Microsoft Excel \nProficient in English Language\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nHealth Insurance\nDental Insurance\nPension plan\nMeal Voucher (Alelo card)\nShort Term Incentive (Bonus)\nReady to Make a Difference?\nIf this role excites you, we’d love to hear from you!
