You'll work at the heart of the supply chain, connecting Procurement, Suppliers, Warehouse, Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain Management to keep operations running efficiently and customers supplied on time.\nThis is an opportunity to join a growing operation where you can help establish robust planning and logistics processes and make a visible impact from day one.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nPlan and secure material availability by managing raw material orders, purchase order dates, safety stocks, supplier lead times, capacities, transportation methods, and on-time delivery performance.\nCoordinate inbound logistics and inventory flows, including goods receipt and issue, stock levels, scrap, stocktaking, consignment and subcontracting stock, customs clearance, and shipments.\nCreate and maintain production plans based on customer demand, production capacity, and material availability; release production orders and follow up on execution and confirmations together with Production.\nMaintain accurate SAP and master data, including purchase order confirmations, material master data, finished goods data, costing inputs, and distribution center stock information.\nCollaborate across the supply chain with Procurement, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain Management to resolve shortages, adjust material flows to changing demand, support planning activities, and ensure timely availability of finished goods.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.\n2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, logistics, material planning, production planning, or a similar operational role.\nGood IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP and Business Intelligence tools is an advantage.\nFluent English, with strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across functions and with external suppliers.\nProactive, analytical, and well-organized mindset, with the ability to manage priorities, solve problems, negotiate with suppliers, and take ownership in a fast-moving environment.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nA meaningful role with direct influence on production performance, material availability, and customer satisfaction as our Sofia operations continue to grow.\nThe opportunity to help build and improve supply chain and planning processes, working closely with Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Engineering, and Supply Chain Management.\nA collaborative environment where you can take ownership, share ideas, and learn from experienced colleagues in a growing international organization.\nStructured onboarding and continuous development, including training, mentoring, and access to global career opportunities within Danfoss.\nA competitive package including annual bonus, paid vacation, health insurance, and other local benefits, together with a workplace that supports flexibility and work-life balance.\nReady to Make a Difference?\nIf this role excites you, we’d love to hear from you!
