Your ability to connect people, processes, and data will help drive operational excellence and long-term business success.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nAs a Supply Chain Specialist, you will work across functions and stakeholders to ensure the efficient flow of materials and products from suppliers to customers.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nLead supply planning and inventory management activities to ensure product availability while maintaining healthy inventory levels\nPartner closely with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to align supply chain activities with business and customer requirements\nMonitor supply chain performance, identify risks and opportunities, and translate insights into actions that improve operational and business results\nContribute to cross-functional projects, including new product introductions and initiatives that improve daily operations and business performance\nSuccess in this role means consistently delivering high service levels, maintaining balanced inventory, proactively mitigating supply risks, and contributing measurable improvements to supply chain performance.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for someone who combines strong supply chain expertise with the ability to lead initiatives, manage stakeholders, and deliver improvements across functions.\nEssential qualifications:\nExperience in supply chain planning, production planning, inventory management, or logistics within a manufacturing environment\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into practical actions and business improvements\nExperience using ERP systems, such as SAP, along with advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities\nProven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment\nProfessional proficiency in English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills\nExperience working in an international organization, participating in continuous improvement initiatives, or supporting new product introduction projects will be considered an advantage.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nAt Danfoss, you'll join a collaborative team that values ownership, open communication, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.
