You'll join a diverse, energetic, and experienced team that challenges the status quo, values curiosity, and believes there is always a better way of doing things.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDrive supply chain improvement initiatives that enhance inventory performance, delivery reliability, and operational efficiency across factories and distribution sites.\nAnalyze business and supply chain data using tools such as SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, and Excel to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.\nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders globally to identify constraints, challenge existing processes, and implement sustainable improvements.\nSupport the expansion and continuous development of segmentation practices while helping establish them as an integrated part of our fulfilment processes.\nFacilitate performance reviews, process governance, and continuous improvement activities that strengthen our global supply chain capabilities.\nWhat We're Looking For\nDegree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, combined with relevant professional experience.\nExperience working with data analytics and translating insights into practical business improvements.\nAbility to build relationships and collaborate effectively across functions, countries, and organizational levels.\nA proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities for improvement.\nExperience with SAP, Anaplan, advanced Excel, or similar planning and analytics tools, combined with excellent English communication skills.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
