Hence, please submit your CV in English.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nYour mission as a Talent Acquisition Partner will be to support our business goals through both strategic and operational recruitment activities.\nKey tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:\nPartner with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs and provide expert guidance throughout the end-to-end recruitment processes for white collar positions, including active sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation \nServe as a trusted advisor and process owner to hiring managers, guiding them in attracting and selecting a diverse and high-performing pipeline while ensuring an inclusive and engaging candidate experience \nEnsure that our recruitment efforts are aligned with both local and global strategies, while promoting Danfoss as an inclusive and desirable employer \nDevelop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for critical roles\nActively contribute to Danfoss’ global talent acquisition initiatives, collaborating across teams to share best practices and ensure alignment with our global priorities \nWhat We're Looking For\nWe are seeking a collaborative and dedicated Talent Acquisition professional with a proactive mindset to complete our international team. You have the ability to anticipate business needs and deliver innovative solutions.\nFollowing qualifications are needed:\nUniversity degree or a comparable qualification in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field\nMin. 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global, industrial-focused, or matrixed environment\nFull professional proficiency English and French is required\nSolid skills in active sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates using modern recruitment tools and methods\nProven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism\nAbility and affinity to influence, stakeholder-manage and collaborate effectively across cultures and organizational levels\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nReady to Make a Difference?\nIf this role excites you, we’d love to hear from you!
