The Team Coordinator will progressively lead and support production across all areas.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nUnderstands and can explain the 8 types of Waste and 10 Lean Principles. \nShould motivate and support employees throughout the day keep teams informed of production expectations, scheduling, and any other follow-up information as needed.\nEnsure staffing assignments and gaps are communicated day to day. \nWork with other Team Coordinators to flex and train employees to reduce non-value-added hours in production. \nFacilitate RCPS board meetings and follow-up on open JDI and 4-Steps to resolvethem and close in a timelyfashion. \nWhat We're Looking For\nHigh School diploma or GED.
