You'll partner closely with supervisors and leaders while serving as a trusted resource for your team.\nSuccess in this role means building a high-performing work environment where people, processes, and performance continually improve.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead and support a production team by assigning work, balancing priorities, and helping achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.\nCoach, train, and develop employees through hands-on guidance, feedback, cross-training, and performance monitoring to strengthen team capability and engagement.\nFacilitate root cause problem solving (RCPS) and continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing tools, 5S, and standardized processes to eliminate obstacles and improve results.\nMonitor adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, and operational procedures while addressing production, equipment, and quality-related issues as they arise.\nServe as an extension of the Supervisor or Shift Leader by providing day-to-day leadership, supporting communication across teams, and acting as the designated point of contact when leadership is unavailable.\nWhat We're Looking For\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nAt least 2 years of manufacturing experience, ideally within a production environment similar to the area being led.\nAbility to lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective coaching, training, and performance feedback.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive corrective actions in a manufacturing setting.\nClear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
