# Team Lead-2nd shift

The Impact You'll Make As a Production Team Leader, you'll play a key role in helping the manufacturing team achieve its goals for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. You'll be a hands-on leader who supports daily operations, develops team members, and drives continuous improvement across the production floor.
