You’ll play a key part in validating changes, collecting meaningful data, and ensuring teams have the tools and information they need to succeed.\nBy working collaboratively and demonstrating inclusive behaviors aligned with Danfoss values, you will help create a supportive environment where diverse perspectives drive better outcomes and continuous improvement is part of everyday work.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nSupport process trials and equipment setups to enable safe and effective production improvements\nCollect and analyze production data to identify issues and guide better decision-making\nCreate and update visual work instructions and documentation to improve clarity and consistency on the shop floor\nAssist in troubleshooting equipment and process issues to minimize disruptions and improve performance\nCollaborate with engineers, operators, and supervisors to test and implement practical improvements\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field; equivalent hands-on experience may be considered.\nAbility to read and interpret drawings, technical documentation, work instructions, and safety procedures.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in manufacturing, production support, equipment setup, tooling, maintenance, or continuous improvement environments.\nExperience supporting process trials, production launches, equipment troubleshooting, or engineering projects.\nFamiliarity with manufacturing documentation, data collection systems, and lean manufacturing practices.\nJob Criteria\nHands-on mechanical aptitude with the ability to support equipment, tooling, fixtures, and production processes.\nExperience using measurement tools, gauges, hand tools, and computer-based documentation systems.\nAbility to accurately collect data, document observations, and maintain records for engineering review.\nWorking knowledge of manufacturing processes, safe work practices, and 5S principles.\nAbility to identify issues, escalate concerns appropriately, and support timely resolution of production challenges.\nComfortable collaborating with engineers, operators, supervisors, quality teams, maintenance personnel, and other cross-functional partners.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
