Your work will help the team identify quality issues, understand their root causes and work more effectively with suppliers and other Danfoss teams.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nIn this role, you will:\nSupport the customer complaint process, helping to analyze cases and prepare the necessary documentation\nProcess supplier complaints by preparing reports, analyzing reported products and coordinating their shipment to suppliers\nAnalyze electronic controllers and prepare reports based on your findings\nReview and evaluate 8D reports, gaining practical experience with structured problem-solving methods\nSupport Quality Engineers in working with suppliers, as well as analyzing data, preparing reports and creating charts\nWhat We're Looking For\nA student or recent graduate of a technical university who wants to gain practical experience in Quality\nSomeone communicative and open-minded, who enjoys working with others and is not afraid to ask questions\nCommunicative English, enabling you to communicate with internal teams and external partners\nBasic knowledge of MS Office and technical drawings\nAvailability to work at least 3 days per week; an interest in electronics and basic knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, Ishikawa or 5WHY will be an advantage\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nA paid internship based on a civil contract, PLN 34 gross/hour, with the opportunity to start as early as October\nOn-site work in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, at least 3 days per week, giving you the opportunity to work closely with the team and real manufacturing processes\nHands-on experience in Quality - from customer and supplier complaints to electronics analysis, 8D reports and working with quality data\nSupport from an internship buddy and the entire team, helping you learn quality processes and develop your technical skills\nThe opportunity to gain experience in an international environment at Danfoss and see how product quality is managed within a global organization\nReady to Make a Difference?\nIf this role excites you, we’d love to hear from you!
