You will also travel domestically, up to 20%, to support projects and customer needs.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDesign and develop complete vehicle system architectures, integrating mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and software components into a seamless solution.\nCreate and validate vehicle control software using tools like C, Matlab/Simulink, and PLUS+1 GUIDE.\nGet hands-on with real hardware, defining and running tests on vehicles and in the lab to validate your designs and analyze performance.\nTranslate customer needs into clear technical requirements, and then evaluate and select the best concepts to meet their needs for function, safety, and performance.\nAct as a key technical partner to our customers, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide exceptional support and deliver innovative solutions.\nWhat We're Looking For\nA Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural, or a related Engineering field, ideally with at least 3 years’ experience in Engineering\nHands-on experience with control systems, software development, hydraulics, or mechatronics.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for tackling complex, multi-disciplinary challenges.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and present technical information clearly.\nDemonstrated skills in time management, prioritizing competing tasks, managing uncertainty, attention to detail, and working with limited supervision.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
