You'll combine creativity and technical expertise to create high-quality video content that supports the Danfoss brand and strategy.\nFrom creative idea to completion, you will own the video production process, ensuring every frame reflects the Danfoss brand, aligns with our strategy, and illustrates our commitment to engineering a better future.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nProducing and contributing content for Danfoss Global News, our global internal news platform. \nDriving the full video production cycle from pre-production planning to filming and post-production editing.\nCollaborating across departments and the wider business - often with senior leaders -to create engaging video content that showcases our innovative solutions.\nDeveloping storyboards and scripts that align with our strategy, brand values, and messaging.\nMaintaining and evolving our video production capabilities by introducing new tools and techniques to enhance our storytelling and audience engagement.\nWhat We're Looking For\nProven experience in video production, supported by a strong portfolio of work.\nStrong video editing skills, including proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.\nExcellent storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging content for different audiences.\nA creative and proactive mindset, with the ability to work closely with colleagues across the business while driving projects independently.\nStrong planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.\nExperience with drone operation and knowledge of motion graphics would be an advantage.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nYou will be based at our headquarters in Nordborg, Denmark, where you will tell the stories of how Danfoss is engineering a better future.
