You’ll lead a warehouse team, maintain inventory accuracy, and help create a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment.\nWorking closely with Production, Inventory, Receiving, and Maintenance teams, you'll make a direct impact on productivity, customer commitments, and overall business success.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead, coach, and support second-shift warehouse employees, setting clear priorities and holding the team accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and attendance.\nEnsure the accurate movement, storage, staging, and delivery of materials to support production schedules and minimize delays or shortages.\nMaintain strong inventory accuracy by enforcing proper system transactions, investigating discrepancies, and supporting inventory control processes.\nPromote a safe and organized workplace by enforcing PPE requirements, material-handling standards, equipment safety practices, and housekeeping expectations.\nPartner with Production, Inventory, Receiving, and Maintenance teams to resolve operational issues, communicate priorities, and provide effective shift handoffs that keep work moving across shifts.\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in warehouse, logistics, material handling, or manufacturing operations.\nPrevious experience leading, supervising, coaching, or directing the work of employees in an operational environment.\nKnowledge of inventory control, warehouse organization, material flow processes, and safe material-handling practices.\nExperience using ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems, along with standard computer applications.\nStrong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.\nAbility to work a third-shift schedule and support operational needs as required.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
