This role involves operating facility machinery, inspecting materials for safety compliance and maintaining accurate logs. Ideal candidates are safety-oriented, reliable and capable of handling physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nShift hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 pm to 4:00 am.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nPerform procedures necessary to ensure compliance with Danfoss initiatives and ensure the personal safety of the incumbent and his/her associates including eye safety, hearing conservation, machine safety guards, ergonomic movement, lock out/tag out, SDS procedures, and OHSA regulations.\nCollect, sort, and process recyclable or waste materials.\nOperate basic facility machinery and equipment safely.\nInspect waste packages to ensure they meet site & regulatory rules and safety limits.\nLoad and unload materials from collection trucks or bins.\nFollow local and federal safety rules while handling materials.\nKeep accurate daily logs and paper records of waste volumes.\nMeet standards as communicated by supervisor.\nPerform other related tasks and assignments, as necessary. \nWhat We're Looking For\nQualifications:\nEducation: High school diploma or equivalent is required\nAll candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. \nDemonstrated ability to optimize time management, prioritize, and function in a highly organized manner. \nKnowledge of LEAN Manufacturing tools. \nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment\nEffective advanced and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nDrive for results\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to sit or stand for extended periods\nOccasional walking within warehouse or production areas\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds (as needed)\nFrequent use of computers and office equipment\nWorks in an environment where inattention could cause injury\nCombination of office and manufacturing/warehouse setting\nExposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures when\non the production floor\nThis is a safety sensitive position.\nThis position is classified as Safety-Sensitive under the Oklahoma Standards for Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Act.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
