The role is responsible for project documentation, performance tracking, data analysis, risk monitoring, stakeholder reporting, and coordination of project activities. The Project Analyst works closely with project managers, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to provide insights that support informed decision-making and project success.\nKey Duties and Responsibilities\nProject Planning and Coordination\nSupport project managers in developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.\nAssist in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.\nCoordinate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.\nTrack project activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.\nMaintain project schedules and monitor progress against established timelines.\nProject Monitoring and Reporting\nCollect, analyze, and report project performance data.\nPrepare project status reports, dashboards, and management presentations.\nMonitor project KPIs and highlight variances requiring management attention.\nSupport project governance activities by ensuring accurate and timely reporting.\nMaintain project documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.\nRisk and Issue Management\nIdentify, document, and monitor project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.\nAssist in developing mitigation and contingency plans.\nEscalate critical project risks and issues to project leadership as required.\nTrack resolution of identified project issues and action items.\nBudget and Resource Tracking\nMonitor project expenditures and budget utilization.\nAssist in preparing project financial reports and forecasts.\nTrack resource allocation and utilization across project activities.\nSupport project procurement and vendor management processes.\nStakeholder and Communication Management\nFacilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.\nEnsure project documentation is properly communicated and distributed.\nSupport stakeholder engagement activities and feedback collection.\nPrepare meeting minutes, action logs, and follow-up reports.\nQuality Assurance and Continuous Improvement\nSupport project quality reviews and compliance checks.\nEnsure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and processes.\nParticipate in lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.\nRecommend process enhancements to improve project delivery efficiency.\nKey Requirements\nEducation and Work Experience\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.\nMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, project analysis, business analysis, or project management support.\nExperience supporting IT, digital transformation, ERP, infrastructure, or business improvement projects.\nKnowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid frameworks.\nExperience using project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI, or equivalent.\nProfessional certifications such as CAPM, Agile Fundamentals, PRINCE2 Foundation, or equivalent are an advantage.\nCompetence Requirements\nProject planning and scheduling.\nProject
