Then you might be the new Network Engineer we are looking for in our IT organization!\nEnsure the development and operation of network infrastructure.\nYou will be part of a well-functioning team of six people, who together are responsible for the daily operation and further development of the entire organization's network infrastructure. You will have a exiting everyday life in a busy organization with great and skilled colleagues at all levels.\nIn close collaboration with the team, you will aim for continuous development and operate the network in our global network setup-both globally at our locations and in our data centers. Your primary focus will be to ensure stable operations and take responsibility for incident and problem handling meeting our quality requirements. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in the planning and implementation of a wide range of advanced network technologies such as wireless (primarily Aruba), routing/switching (primarily Cisco products), firewall/security (primarily Fortigate), and SD-WAN.\nYour primary tasks will be:\nMonitoring and operation of our global network\nHandling incidents and problems\nHandling Service Request\nContinuous documentation of network infrastructure with a focus on quality\nPlanning and implementation of improvements to the network infrastructure\nParticipation in infrastructure projects\n... and much more\nYour primary workplace will be at our headquarters in Randers, but there will be periods where flexibility and visits to our global sites are needed.\nImprovement-oriented Network Engineer with a problem-solving focus\nWe imagine that you have a relevant IT technical background or have acquired your professional skills in other ways. You have a few years of experience and we expect you to possess solid knowledge of networks while having experience with both design and daily operation of complex networks, where high IT security, operational stability, and automation are your focus.\nYou approach your tasks with curiosity asking \"why\" when needed with the intention of ensuring a safe and secure network for Danish Crown.\nYou have a high degree of integrity while quickly getting to grips with unknown or new technologies.
