Then you might be the colleague we are looking for.\nWhat is the job about?\nAs Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for delivering real estate and workplace transformation projects across Danish Crown's global portfolio.\nWorking out of our Workplace Experience & Real Estate (WE&RE) organization, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Engineering, Procurement, Finance and you will lead projects from early planning and business case development through execution and handover.\nThe role plays an important part in supporting footprint optimization, workplace development and strategic investment decisions across the business.\nKey Responsibilities\nReal Estate Project Delivery\nLead construction, refurbishment, relocation and workplace projects across the global portfolio.\nTranslate portfolio strategies into executable project plans and delivery roadmaps.\nDefine project scope, budgets, timelines and success criteria.\nCoordinate consultants, contractors, landlords and service providers throughout project execution.\nGovernance, Risk & Performance\nEstablish project governance, reporting and delivery standards.\nMonitor project performance, budgets and value realization.\nIdentify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with corporate, legal and safety requirements.\nSupport capital planning and investment prioritization through business cases and financial analysis.\nStakeholder Collaboration & Transformation\nCollaborate closely with stakeholders across functions and geographies.\nDrive alignment between business priorities and project delivery.\nSupport portfolio optimization and workplace transformation initiatives.\nIntegrate sustainability and ESG considerations into projects and investment decisions where relevant.\nWho are You?\nWe imagine that you are a structured and proactive project professional with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree or higher within Real Estate, Construction, Engineering, Finance, Project Management or a related field.\nProfessional Experience\nExperience within corporate real estate, construction, engineering or project management.\nExperience leading capital projects from planning through execution.\nExperience managing external consultants, contractors and service providers.\nExperience preparing business cases, investment proposals and governance reporting.\nProfessional Knowledge\nStrong project management and governance capabilities.\nUnderstanding of capital planning and investment evaluation.\nKnowledge of risk management and project controls.\nAwareness of sustainability and ESG considerations within real estate projects is an advantage.\nPersonal Competencies\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nStructured and results-oriented approach.\nAbility to balance strategic thinking with
