Brighter future\nSAP Support Specialist\nAbout the role\nWe are looking for a service-minded and structured SAP Support Specialist to join our Global IT Service Desk in Kraków.\nThis is a small, distributed team. Today it is one SAP Support Specialist, based in Denmark - with you, it is two. You would be our SAP support presence in Poland, working closely with your colleague across the border every day. That means real ownership from day one: you will be one of two people the business turns to when SAP does not do what it should. No script, no queue you disappear into, and no waiting for someone else to pick up the case.\nThe work is hands-on. A significant part of the day is classic 1st line SAP support - receiving, triaging and resolving incidents and service requests from users. Around that sit recurring operational tasks such as SAP transports, VIM user access and Internal Control reporting, plus close cooperation with colleagues in IT, Finance, Operations and Internal Controls across several countries.\nWhat you will be doing\nProvide 1st line support for SAP incidents and service requests - this is the core of the role\nTroubleshoot and resolve SAP-related user issues, and escalate to 2nd and 3rd line where needed\nProcess and quality check SAP transports\nManage VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) user access and support Internal Control reporting activities\nMonitor SAP-related automation and robot processes, and hand over tasks to our RPA team when a process needs adjusting or a new automation is needed\nCreate and maintain documentation and knowledge articles\nContribute to process improvements and service quality initiatives\nWork closely with colleagues across multiple countries and business functions\nWhat we are looking for\nMust have\nExperience supporting users in an SAP environment - for example from a service desk, application support, or as a key user or super user\nPrevious experience within IT support, Service Desk, application support or a similar role\nA structured approach to troubleshooting, and the patience to follow a case through to resolution\nFluent Polish and English, written and spoken\nThe ability to work independently and to stay well connected in a remote, cross-border team\nA customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills\nAccuracy and a compliance mindset - VIM access and Internal Control reporting are audited areas\nNice to have\nExperience with SAP transports\nExperience with VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)\nExperience working with automation, RPA or robot-based processes\nFamiliarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Ivanti or similar\nExperience from an international enterprise environment\nWhat we offer\nCompensation and benefits\nPrivate medical care together with dental care\nEdenred lunch card\nFlexible working hours (50% home, 50% office)\nLife insurance\nMyBenefit and multisport program\n2 additional holiday days benefits\nEvents, integrations for employees\nWork setup and development\nHybrid working model: 50% home and 50% office, with a minimum of 3 days per week in our Kraków office\nA role with genuine ownership - in a team of two, what you fix stays fixed and what you improve is visible\nA seat in a Group IT function, not a local support desk: daily contact with colleagues in Denmark and across the business\nExposure to SAP, RPA, ITSM and international stakeholders, with room to grow in any of those directions\nInterested?\nWe review applications on an ongoing basis and encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
