A strong focus will be supporting the evaluation of studies in which digital health tools are developed.\n\nYou will establish methodological standards, provide expert scientific guidance, mentor colleagues, and contribute to evidence-generation decisions across research programs and business functions. You will play a key role in strengthening Danone's ability to generate evidence from real-world settings, through digital health tools.\n\nYou are a self-starter who identifies opportunities and acts on them, taking initiative and bringing structure where needed.\n\nMain responsibilities\n\n Define and drive methodological standards for observational research, real-world evidence generation and digital health tool (AI algorithm) evaluation. Identify emerging methodological developments and translate them into practical applications within Danone.\n\n Advise stakeholders on study design, fit-for-purpose evidence strategies, sources of bias, confounding and where feasible causal inference approaches.\n\n Provide senior review and oversight of protocols, statistical analysis plans and study reports. Mentor and coach statisticians, statistical programmers and clinical data scientists.\n\n Build strong internal and external networks to advance evidence-generation capabilities.\n\nKey Deliverables\n\n Statistical oversight across a portfolio of studies and digital health initiatives.\n\n Fit-for-purpose protocols, SAPs and study reports.\n\n Capability-building initiatives, training materials and mentoring outcomes.\n\nAbout you\n\nYou are a scientifically rigorous and commercially minded data scientist who enjoys translating complex methodological challenges into practical evidence-generation strategies. You are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, navigating ambiguity, and building capability across teams. Combining deep expertise in observational research with a collaborative mindset, you help ensure that evidence generated through clinical studies and digital health solutions is robust, credible and fit for decision-making.\n\nYou bring:\n\n PhD or MSc in Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology or a related quantitative discipline.\n\n Experience designing and analysing observational studies and other non-randomised evidence-generation approaches.\n\n Experience coaching and developing other technical experts.\n\n Takes initiative and demonstrates strong ownership.\n\nAbout Danone\n\nOur state-of-the-art research and innovation center builds bridges between food and science and is global in reach and is at the forefront of pioneering advances in specialized nutrition.\n\nWe offer:\n\nAll Danoners receive a complete package of benefits.
