You connect people, technology, and customer outcomes with a genuine interest in developing both individuals and ways of working.\nExperience leading or mentoring people, or readiness to move into people leadership\n\nYou have experience in software development and a sound understanding of software design principles\n\nAbility to take technical ownership and guide technical decisions\n\nSolid understanding of design principles and Java ecosystem knowledge.
