The team works closely with Product Owners, architects, data specialists, and business stakeholders, creating an environment where technical ideas are valued and good engineering practices are shared. You will contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the direction of solutions that matter to the wider organisation.\nIn your day-to-day work, you will:\nDesign and develop modern web applications using React and .NET\nLead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions\nBuild and maintain integrations with internal and external platforms\nDesign and implement automated testing strategies to ensure quality delivery\nReview code and mentor other engineers through guidance and best practices\nImprove CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and engineering productivity\nContribute to the design of AI-powered solutions, including integrations with Large Language Models\nAbout you\n4 to 5 or more years of professional full-stack development experience\nStrong experience with React and modern front-end development practices\nStrong experience with .NET and backend application development\nExperience designing cloud-native solutions, preferably in AWS\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform\nSolid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices\nClear communicator who collaborates well with technical and non-technical colleagues\nIf you have worked with AI-enabled applications, Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases, or AI orchestration frameworks, that would be a welcome addition.
