Full-Stack Software Engineer (.NET/React) for Risk & Compliance Tribe

Our Risk & Compliance Tribe unites business and IT professionals in cross-functional squads, fostering a truly agile organization. These squads are self-organized teams, empowering employees to make autonomous decisions while managing the end-to-end delivery of products and services.

Additionally, you'll be part of the Cloud Chapter, a dynamic community of tech enthusiasts focused on continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and promoting best practices throughout the organization.

You Will:

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using .NET and React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads to develop new or improve existing applications.
• Make design decisions that support the scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Help modernize legacy systems by migrating and enhancing solutions built with .NET in AWS environments.
• Write clean, well-tested code and follow established engineering practices.
• Share knowledge, learn yourself and provide support to your fellow developers.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in software development and cloud computing.
• Take part in knowledge-sharing activities across your squad and chapter, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

About you:

• You have strong hands-on experience with .NET and C#.
• You’re confident building modern, responsive front ends with React.
• You’re curious and eager to learn new technologies beyond your core skills.
• You use AI tools thoughtfully to support and improve your work across the software development lifecycle.
• You understand cloud-native architecture and have experience with at least one major cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• You’re familiar with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
• You can work independently and collaborate effectively in an Agile, cross-functional team.
• You have a solid understanding of software architecture, automated testing, and engineering best practices.

What we offer:

Monthly salary range from 3680 EUR to 5520 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
