The work is broad, substantive, and connected to priorities that matter at the highest levels of the organisation. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, sponsors, and change and transformation colleagues across multiple domains, helping to create clarity, alignment, and momentum in environments where complexity is the norm.\nMore specifically, you will:\nLead complex technology programmes, setting clear outcomes, milestones, and success measures\nCoordinate execution across teams and domains, managing interdependencies and maintaining pace\nBuild robust programme governance, creating transparency around risks, decisions, and financials\nTrack benefits realisation and maintain alignment between delivery outcomes and strategic priorities\nEngage senior stakeholders, providing fact-based insights and clear recommendations on progress and decisions\nAbout you\nSolid experience leading large, complex technology or transformation programmes\nSkilled at translating strategy into clear plans, outcomes, and measurable results\nAble to create structure and direction across multiple projects and interdependencies\nStrong understanding of programme governance, risk, financial management, and benefits realisation\nClear and confident communicator who builds alignment across organisational boundaries\nCollaborative mindset with the ability to navigate trade-offs and drive decisions when needed\nExperience in a financial services or similarly regulated environment would be an advantage.
