Your dashboards and data insights will help team leads and heads of area understand workloads, capacity, and process effectiveness.\nAs a Data Analyst, you will use SQL coding and Tableau to develop, enhance and maintain team's solutions. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).\nWhat you will be doing\nDesign and optimise SQL-based data transformation processes to integrate information from multiple Financial Crime Prevention data sources into reliable reporting datasets\nBuild, maintain and improve Tableau dashboards and reports supporting Financial Crime Prevention leadership and employees\nCollaborate closely with Business Analyst in the team as well as operations, management, compliance, risk and technology stakeholders to gather, clarify and validate reporting requirements\nTranslate complex financial crime processes into clear metrics, KPIs and SLAs, ensuring consistent definitions and transparent calculation logic\nIdentify, validate and optimise information sources to support accurate, efficient and scalable reporting solutions\nDocument SQL processes, information models, KPI definitions and reporting solutions in Confluence to support auditability, knowledge sharing and future scalability\nAbout you\n2+ years of experience in complex data integration and transformation tasks\n Practical SQL experience for developing scalable reporting datasets\nHands-on experience with Tableau (or similar dashboard development tool), including building, maintaining and improving interactive dashboards and reports for business stakeholders\nAbility to work with various stakeholders to define metrics and requirements, challenge assumptions and ensure clarity and consistency in reporting\nDegree in a quantitative, technical or related field (such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or similar) demonstrating strong analytical capabilities\nExperience documenting SQL workflows, models and reporting logic in a structured and transparent way; preferably use of Confluence for documentation and JIRA for backlog management\nAdvanced English skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal form\nWhat we offer you\nMonthly salary range from 3120 EUR to 4680 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).\nAdditionally, each Danske Bank employee receives employee benefits package which includes:\nGrowth opportunities: professional & supportive team, e-learnings, numerous development programs; (incl. professional certificates); 100+ professions for internal mobility opportunities.\n\nHealth & Well-being: a diverse, inclusive, work & life balance work environment; additional health insurance; mental well-being practices; partial psychologist counselling compensation; silence and sleep zones at the office; game rooms.\n\nHybrid working conditions: Work from home up to two days a week; home office budget (after the probation period); modern Danske Campus workplace developed with anthropologist for the best employee experience.\n\nAdditional days of leave: for rest, health, volunteering, exams in higher education institutions, and other important activities.
