You will build sustainable, resilient software guided by clean design, measurable performance, operational excellence, and a clear focus on customer needs.\nAs part of our engineering community, you will collaborate across the tribe, influence technical direction, establish consistent engineering standards, and help evolve our solutions to deliver reliable customer experiences and measurable business outcomes.\nThe role is based in Vilnius and follows Danske Bank’s hybrid working model, with the flexibility to work from home one to two days per week.\nPlease note that relocation support is not available for this role.\nYou will:\nDevelop reliable systems that support everyday banking products and customer-facing services. \nShape the design and architecture of resilient, high-quality software solutions. \nApply robust engineering and security practices to cloud-native applications. \nCollaborate with product owners, business analysts, UX designers, and engineers to turn business needs into seamless end-to-end solutions. \nContribute to digital transformation initiatives and deliver complex projects with tangible impact. \nStrengthen an agile and supportive culture built on collaboration, continuous learning, and respect for different perspectives. \nApply agentic AI capabilities where they can improve outcomes, efficiency, or service quality. \nAbout you:\nA bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; AWS or similar certifications beneficial.\nA proactive and curious mindset, with a strong sense of ownership, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a structured approach to exploring and solving problems.\nRelevant software engineering experience, with deep hands-on expertise in React Native- or a strong React.js background and the ability to transition effectively to React Native.
