Solution Architect in Workflow Enablement Tribe

Join Danske Bank’s Workflow Enablement Tribe and help shape our central Case Management capability on the corporate Workflow Orchestration Platform. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide workflow solutions and make a lasting impact across the Danske Bank Group.

What you will be doing

You will shape the solution architecture for our Case Management capability based on the corporate Workflow Orchestration Platform (Camunda 8). Working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Software Engineers, you will define modelling patterns, create reference architectures, and architectural guardrails that enable teams across Danske Bank Group to deliver scalable, consistent case management solutions with operational excellence. Together with colleagues across the tribe, you will:

• Design and evolve the architecture for the central Case Management capability

• Develop architecture blueprints and solution designs that promote platform consistency

• Guide development teams in making sound architectural and solution design decisions

• Connect business and technical perspectives through adaptable, case-driven implementations

• Support teams in applying established architectural standards and best practices

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Tribe’s practices and standards

About you

To succeed in this role, you are expected to bring:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect working with enterprise-wide, business-focused platforms

• Strong expertise in workflow orchestration platforms and BPMN-based process design, preferably using Camunda

• Proven experience in designing complex enterprise centric workflow and case management solutions

• Proficiency in structured modelling and architecture documentation using open standards such as BPMN and ArchiMate

• The ability to communicate architectural concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide and align diverse teams

• Understanding of business domains and case-driven solution design

• Curiosity and initiative to explore how emerging technologies, including AI, can responsibly enhance workflow and case management solutions

• A collaborative and agile mindset, with a willingness to share expertise, listen to diverse perspectives, and adapt solutions to evolving business needs

• A strong commitment to integrity and responsibility ensuring that innovation is delivered within current risk, security, and compliance guardrails

What we offer you

Monthly salary range from 4800 EUR to 7200 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
