will be set based on applicant´s experience)\nJob description\nWe are looking for a Sourcing & Supply Chain Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring reliable supply, driving procurement excellence, and supporting the sales and logistics of strategic materials across our business.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1.Procurement & Strategic Sourcing\n Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned categories, including: Raw Materials, Chemicals, Packaging, Logistics Services\n Drive supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management activities.\n Identify cost optimization opportunities and contribute to procurement savings initiatives.\n Manage supplier onboarding processes followed by framework agreements and purchase orders.\n Coordinate material supply requirements in line with production needs.\n Monitor supplier performance and build strong partnerships with strategic suppliers.\n Support sourcing projects and continuous improvement initiatives.\n Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.\n2.Supply Chain & Logistics Management\n Coordinate supply chain activities to ensure timely deliveries and uninterrupted operations.\n Support planning and optimization of inbound logistics flows.\n Collaborate with internal logistics teams and external partners to identify transportation synergies and cost-saving opportunities.\n Manage and optimize railway transport flows and wagon fleet utilization.\n Monitor delivery performance and proactively resolve supply issues.\n3.Sales & Commercial Support\n Support the commercial management and sales process of assigned by-products.\n Participate in sales planning activities (annual, monthly, weekly and daily).\n Coordinate customer orders and dispatch activities.\n Manage contracting process and sales related documentation.\n Contribute to market intelligence and competitive analysis.\n4.Market Intelligence & Business Improvement\n Analyze market trends, supplier developments, and competitive activity.\n Identify opportunities for innovation, cost reduction, and process improvements.\n Provide insights that support strategic sourcing and business decisions.\n Prepare purchasing analyses, management reports and regular forecast updated of internal databases.\nJoin us and help shape the future of sustainable construction materials.\nBenefits\nPerformance-based bonus\n\nGuaranteed 13th salary -
