from concept to execution to commercial success - transforming it into a recurring, high-quality experience that ranges from regular community meetups and corporate games to large-scale flagship padel tournaments that bring together founders, executives, investors, and teams in Dubai.\nOur current flagship tournament serves as a foundation for this stream:\nhttps://padel.daoshub.xyz/\nThis role sits at the intersection of sport, community, and business, and requires someone who can think like a builder, operate like an owner, and execute with precision.\nHow You’ll Contribute\nOwn the Padel stream end-to-end and be accountable for its final results.\nDevelop the annual/quarterly calendar of padel activities and propose new event and community formats.\n\nCreate and own event concepts: positioning, format, target audience, participant journey, networking mechanics, and additional activities.\n\nSearch for, evaluate, and negotiate with padel venues across Dubai.\n\nDevelop tournament formats together with professional padel operators and referees, and ensure competition logistics run smoothly.\n\nOwn event budgets, prepare estimates, control costs, and ensure projects stay within approved P&L.\n\nSource and manage all relevant suppliers: venues, referees, coaches, equipment, production, F&B, entertainment, wellness, photographers/videographers, branding, trophies, uniforms, etc.\n\nCoordinate internal teams including Design, Marketing, SMM, Performance Marketing, Partnerships/BizDev, and Event Operations.\n\nPrepare clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables for all internal and external stakeholders.\n\nRecruit participating companies, players, and relevant community members together with the outreach/BizDev team.\n\nPersonally build relationships within the Dubai padel and business ecosystems and continuously expand the network of potential participants and partners.\n\nIdentify and support closing sponsorship and partnership opportunities together with the commercial team.\n\nDesign sponsor integrations and on-site activations that feel natural within the tournament and community experience.\n\nManage participant communication before events and ensure teams understand schedules, rules, and logistics.\n\nOwn operational planning: run-of-show, zoning, registration, participant flows, staffing, equipment, branding, activities, and contingency planning.\n\nLead event-day execution and resolve issues quickly on-site.\n\nCollect feedback and performance data after each activation and propose improvements for the next iteration.\n\nBuild repeat participation: convert one-time tournament players and guests into an active recurring community.\n\nTrack competitors, padel communities, and emerging sports and lifestyle formats in Dubai, and bring relevant ideas into the Daos product.\n\nOwn the communication of event requirements to production and marketing teams, ensuring clear execution of promotional campaigns and event delivery logic.\n\nWhat You Bring\n2-3+ years of experience in events\n\nProven ability to own and deliver projects end-to-end\n\nExperience working with multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and budgets\n\nStrong operational mindset and attention to detail\n\nExcellent communication and negotiation skills\n\nAbility to build relationships and networks from scratch\n\nComfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership environments\n\nEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility\n\nNice to have:\nExperience in sports, lifestyle, or community-driven formats\n\nFamiliarity with padel or similar ecosystems\n\nExperience in Dubai or international markets\n\nWhy this role\nOpportunity to build a product from scratch, not just execute events\n\nHigh level of ownership and creative freedom\n\nDirect access to Daos network: founders, executives, investors\n\nUnique combination of sport, community, and business networking\n\nStrong platform to build your personal brand and network in Dubai\n\nAbout Daos Padel\nOur flagship format already brings together 200+ participants, company teams, networking, and afterparties -
