As part of our team, you’ll help shape the products, services, and experiences that support this community.\nRequirements\n3+ years in SMM, including experience building a strategy from scratch\n\nPortfolio of accounts you’ve grown, with real numbers (reach, engagement, followers, leads)\n\nExperience running several brands or projects at the same time\n\nStrong copywriting in English: you write posts, captions and video scripts yourself\nExperience writing briefs and managing designers, video editors or creators\n\nDeep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and Facebook: formats, algorithms, trends\n\nHands-on use of AI tools in daily work (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway or similar)\n\nConfident with analytics: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics\n\nBasic content creation skills: Canva or Figma, CapCut or similar for short-form video\n\nEnglish at B2 or higher\n\nNice to have: B2B / LinkedIn experience, MENA or global markets, paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads)\n\nWhat you’ll need\n3+ years in SMM, including experience building a strategy from scratch\n\nA portfolio of accounts you’ve grown, with real numbers\n\nStrong copywriting: you write posts and scripts yourself\n\nExperience writing briefs and managing designers, editors or creators\n\nHands-on use of AI tools in your daily work\n\nGood understanding of social media metrics and analytics\n\nEnglish at B2 or higher\n\nNice to have\nB2B experience, especially LinkedIn and founder branding\nExperience with MENA or global, multi-market audiences\nArabic or another additional language\nShooting and editing short-form video\nHands-on experience with Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn Ads\nDuties\nBuild the SMM strategy for Daos and each project: audiences, positioning, content pillars, platform roles and KPIs\n\nOwn Daos’s channels on Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, from strategy to publishing\n\nCreate and manage separate pages for different Daos projects, each with its own tone and content plan\n\nBuild monthly content plans and editorial calendars for each channel\n\nCreate content yourself: posts, captions, carousels, video scripts, Reels and Shorts concepts\n\nWrite clear briefs for designers, video editors, photographers and creators, and approve their work\n\nPlan content shoots: ideas, shot lists and direction\n\nSpot trends early and turn them into on-brand content fast\n\nManage the community: comments, messages, engagement and negative feedback\n\nRun collaborations with influencers, creators and UGC\n\nWork with the performance team so organic and paid content support each other\n\nUse AI tools every day to create, test and analyze faster, and build AI workflows for the future team\n\nMonitor competitors and benchmark Daos’s performance against them\n\nTrack KPIs, report weekly and monthly, and keep improving what works\n\nHow to apply\nSend your CV and portfolio].
