meaningful business value\nIdentify ecosystem gaps and co-create new initiatives to address them\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and industry connectors\nCollaborate cross-functionally with BD, Sales, Admissions, Events, and Leadership\nContinuously elevate the quality, intentionality, and strategic depth of the community\nWhat You Bring\n5+ years of experience in community building, partnerships, ecosystem development, or senior relationship management\nStrong understanding of scale-up and mature company needs: growth, partnerships, hiring, and market expansion\nProven ability to create value through strategic introductions and ecosystem facilitation\nExperience working closely with founders, senior operators, investors, or industry leaders\nAbility to quickly build trust and establish credibility with high-level stakeholders\nStrong executive presence, communication, and relationship-building skills\nExperience designing or running high-value, senior-facing formats or communities\nHigh ownership mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment\nFluent English (spoken and
