support for all employees, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network connections via tickets, walk-ins, phone calls, and chat.\n\nIT Asset Management: Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of laptops, desktops, monitors, and other peripherals.\n\nSystem & Network Support: Assist with the maintenance and troubleshooting of internal systems, office networks (LAN, Wi-Fi), and basic server-related tasks.\n\nOnboarding & Offboarding: Handle the IT aspects of employee onboarding (account setup, equipment
