The Project Lead will coordinate the project from content preparation and design briefing through internal review, approval and artwork submission.\nThis is a six-month, part-time assignment requiring three days per week, eight hours per day, on-site at our Concord, ON office.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and maintain master documents containing approved packaging copy, product information and required updates for each product line.\n\nCoordinate updates to primary packaging and shipping cases, including addresses, legal and regulatory information, product claims, instructions and other required content.\n\nPrepare clear creative briefs for the Graphic Design team outlining the required packaging updates.\n\nOversee the development of packaging concepts and review designs with the Marketing Director and other key stakeholders.\n\nEnsure packaging layouts clearly communicate product positioning, value propositions, key features and bilingual information.\n\nSubmit artwork projects through DAP’s Accolade/Sopheon project management system and manage the review and approval process.\n\nWork cross-functionally with DAP US Legal, Regulatory, R&D and Product teams to ensure packaging complies with Canadian legislation and aligns with DAP guidelines.\n\nCoordinate product-label translations and ensure English and French content is accurate and appropriately incorporated into packaging layouts.\n\nMaintain project schedules, track deliverables and communicate risks, delays and required decisions.\n\nCoordinate multiple packaging projects simultaneously while managing competing priorities and deadlines.\n\nMaintain organized project documentation and accurate records of approvals, changes and final artwork.\n\nThe documented Project Refresh process includes master-file preparation, design development, regulatory and legal copy review, French translation, artwork routing and final production handoff.\n\nQualifications and Experience\nMinimum five years of demonstrated project management experience.\n\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.\n\nExperience using AI tools and workflow or project management systems.\n\nExperience with Monday.com is preferred.\n\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nStrong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage complex review and approval processes.\n\nExperience coordinating with creative, technical, legal or regulatory stakeholders is an asset.\n\nFamiliarity with home improvement products or consumer packaged goods is an asset.\n\nFluency in English is required; proficiency in French is an asset.\n\nKey Competencies\nProject planning and execution\n\nCross-functional coordination\n\nPackaging and artwork workflow management\n\nAttention to detail\n\nOrganization and time management\n\nStakeholder communication\n\nProblem-solving and follow-through\n\nAbility to work independently\n\nAbout DAP\nDAP is a market leading manufacturer, innovator and marketer of home repair and construction products including caulks, sealants, spray foam insulation, adhesives, and patch and repair products.
