He/She should develop deep knowledge of our Salesforce implementation and broader product suite.\nResponsibilities:\n\nDesign, develop, and implement customized Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and data integrity.\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.\n\nDevelop custom code, pages, and Lightning Web Components to extend Salesforce Health Cloud functionality.\n\nCreate and maintain data models, object relationships, and page layouts within the Salesforce platform.\n\nIntegrate Salesforce Health Cloud with external systems (CRM, billing, third-party applications) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.\n\nSupport deployment of Salesforce solutions across environments following change management best practices, and partner with QA on system testing and defect resolution.\n\nStay current with Salesforce Health Cloud releases and new features, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience.\n\nServe as a technical point of contact for the Client Success team and end clients, debugging and troubleshooting JavaScript/Node-based services and web or mobile applications as needed.\n\nBring working familiarity with AWS and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift) to help resolve cross-stack technical issues, partnering with Engineering, Product, and DevOps.\n\nAuthority to:\n\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements (including HL7, HIPAA, where applicable)\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n\n3–5 years of Salesforce development experience, including building and customizing Salesforce Health Cloud or related Service Cloud/Sales Cloud solutions.\n\nWorking knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.\n\nExperience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.\n\nSolid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.\n\nFamiliarity with healthcare industry standards (HL7, HIPAA) is a plus.\n\nHands-on experience with JavaScript/Node.js, including debugging RESTful web services or front-end frameworks (e.g., React).\n\nFamiliarity with AWS and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift) is an advantage.\n\nPrior experience working directly with clients or Client Success teams, with strong analytical and communication skills.\n\nMust work in the EST (Eastern Standard Time) time zone and be comfortable coordinating with an India-based support team.\n\nSalesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Health Cloud Consultant) preferred but not required.\n\n***DarioHealth promotes diversity of thought, culture and background, which connects the entire Dario team.
