two HR systems, ensuring high data accuracy and consistency.\nImplement and maintain API-based integrations, data ingestion processes, and connectors across the relevant systems.\nCollaborate with the client’s HR stakeholders to define mapping and seed files that align source data with the client’s standards.\nManage the end-to-end migration process, including planning, timeline coordination, execution, progress tracking, and reporting.\nTroubleshoot complex integration and data quality challenges, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.\nWork closely with HR, technology, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.\nProvide guidance on data modelling and integration best practices, while creating clear documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.\nWymagania\nRequirementsDemonstrated experience in developing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines in a professional environment.\nAdvanced SQL and Python skills applied to data engineering tasks.\nPractical experience in building and working with API integrations and data connectors.\nStrong knowledge of data modelling concepts and data architecture principles.\nExperience leading or playing a key role in data migration projects, preferably involving HR systems.\nProven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges across multiple systems.\nExcellent documentation skills, combined with the ability to work independently with both technical and business stakeholders.\nNice to have experience with Workday data loads and Dayforce data extraction.\nNice to have HR data migration experience, including employment and compensation history.\nNice to have familiarity with cloud data platforms.\nNice
