You will collaborate closely with HQ while maintaining full responsibility for the Security Department in Poland.\nPoland | Warsaw / Hybrid\n\nResponsibilities\nDelivery & Leadership\n· End‑to‑end accountability for delivery quality and customer satisfaction in the Security domain.\n· Team‑level budget ownership and responsibility for profitability (team share model).\n· Recruitment, development, and mentoring of consultants.\n· Active participation in sales: presales, shaping offers, customer meetings, and trusted advisor engagements.\n· Collaboration with HQ (sales, legal, finance, marketing) while retaining operational responsibility.\n· Implementation and enforcement of security standards and services.\n· Building and scaling the Security Practice in Poland, including service portfolio development.\n\nRequirements\nExperience\n8+ years of experience in IT/Security roles.\n\n4+ years in senior leadership positions (CISO, Deputy CISO, Head of Security, Security Practice Lead).\n\nProven consulting experience with enterprise clients.\n\nStrong advisory capability and comfort working with executives.\n\nTechnical skills\nDeep knowledge of ISMS, ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, CRA, AI Act.\n\nExperience with OT/ICS security or AI governance is a strong advantage.\n\nAbility to design and deliver complex security programs end‑to‑end.\n\nCompetencies\nAutonomous and self‑driven, with strong analytical skills.\n\nCustomer‑centric mindset and excellent communication abilities.\n\nAbility to mentor and develop specialists in a high‑autonomy model.\n\nResilience and adaptability in dynamic consulting environments.\n\nPolish — fluent, English — fluent\n\nNice to have\nCertifications such as CISSP, CCISO, CEH, Lead Auditor ISO 27001/22301/42001.\n\nExperience
