Dark Wolf’s Google Cloud Engineers are responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GCP services and technologies, as well as experience in designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions.\nResponsibilities:\nDrive and implement technology solutions on Google Cloud\nWork with customers, partners, and internal project team members to understand customer business requirements and translate into actionable engineering tasks\nDevelop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform\nConfigure and manage GCP services such as Compute Engine, App Engine, Google Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, DataFlow, and BigQuery\nArchitect and implement security best practices for GCP solutions using products such as Assured Workloads, Identity-Aware Proxy (IAP), Workload Identity Federation (WIF), Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring, and Security Command Center\nStay up-to-date on the latest GCP services and technologies and their applicability to the Public Sector space\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in computer science or a related field\n8+ years of experience in cloud computing\n3+ years of experience with GCP\n5+ years of experience with one or more programming languages (e.g. Python)\nRequired Certifications: Sec+ and Google Professional Cloud Architect\nStrong understanding of Google Cloud services and technologies\nExperience leading technical teams including delegating tasks, reviewing designs and completed tasks by team members, and coaching junior team members\nExperience designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions\nExperience developing technical architecture documents, driving design decisions, developing documentation artifacts, and presenting technical solutions to clients and executive level leaders\nExperience with infrastructure automation using IaC tools such as Terraform\nStrong understanding of DevOps practices and experience implementing CI/CD in cloud environments\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills\nAbility to work collaboratively with the broader team as well as independently\nAt least one Google Cloud Professional Certification\nUS Citizenship and active Secret clearance\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working within Agile teams\nExperience working with Google Cloud compliance products such as Security Command Center and Assured Workloads\nExperience ingesting, curating, and transforming raw data into clean, structured formats for data analysis\nExperience working with customers in the U.S. Public Sector\nExperience with DoD/DISA cybersecurity policies\nThis role is primarily remote but the candidate must be located within a commutable distance to a Dark Wolf Office.
