This role requires close coordination and ongoing liaison with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), project managers, and key stakeholders to promptly gather research, synthesize complex technical concepts, and draft clear, concise deliverables for technical, non-technical, and executive-level audiences.\nThis position will call for hybrid support in Tampa, FL.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPreparing and maintaining systems, programming, and operations documentation, procedures, and methods, including user manuals and reference manuals.\nProviding support for technical documentation management processes and coordinating special documentation services as required.\nProviding support and development services for the creation of plans, policies, and procedures associated with the project, program, and technology management processes.\nMaintaining liaison and ongoing relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and relevant stakeholders.\nCommunicating promptly and effectively to requests for response, research, and information; gathering answers through active collaboration with SMEs, teammates, management, and stakeholders.\nDeveloping executive-level briefings, White Papers, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), After Action Reports (AARs), Situation Reports (SITREPs), meeting minutes, and project plans.\nCreating visual process flows, architectural diagrams, and presentations using technology such as MS Visio and PowerPoint.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent technical degree; or in lieu of a degree, 3 years of equivalent industry experience.\n4+ years of experience in technical writing and editing.\nExperience using the entire Microsoft Office Suite (2019 and newer) and Adobe Acrobat Professional.\nThe ability to write clear and concise documents for technical, non-technical, and executive-level audiences.\nExcellent grammar, editing, and writing skillswith a strong attention to detail.\nExperience writing executive-level briefings, White Papers, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), After Action Reports (AARs), Situation Reports (SITREPs), meeting minutes, and Plans. \nAbility to develop presentations using technology such as Visio, PowerPoint, etc.\nOutstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.\nStrong document development skills and the ability to work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Stakeholders, and others.\nThis position is located in Tampa, FL.
