Ad Age recently described us as \"if Omnicom was rebuilt on AI.\" We publish across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube and a weekly podcast, and every piece has to go out on time, look right and be tracked.\nThis is the role that makes a busy content team reliable. You take what the team has approved and get it live on the right channel at the right time, answer the people who respond, keep our CRM clean, and show us what all of it produced. You don't plan content or write briefs; you make sure the plan happens and that we can see the result.\nThis is a remote role, hiring in Brazil, Portugal or Spain only, working with a team in the EST Time Zone, and all business is conducted 100% in English.\nWhat you'll own\nPublishing: Every approved piece scheduled and published across our channels for both brands: LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X and YouTube. Adapt posts for each platform and ship routine announcements.\n\nPodcast: Publish every episode to podcast platforms and YouTube, and get its clips out across our channels.\n\nLaunches: A run-of-show for every launch: what goes live where and when, sequenced across accounts, embargoes respected, everything checked live.\n\nCommunity Management: Comments, DMs and mentions across our channels, answered quickly and in our voice. Sensitive questions escalated; recurring themes passed back to the team.\n\nAwards & Competitions: The awards calendar: deadlines, materials and entries, so our best work gets entered and recognized.\n\nProduction Tracking & QA: One intake for requests, a delivery schedule everyone can see, and a final check of copy, assets, links and tracking before anything goes live.\n\nHubSpot Hygiene: Clean data, accurate lead sources and UTMs, deduplication and working workflows.\n\nInbound Dashboard: One trusted view of inbound leads by source, channel and content, so we know what is working.\n\nReporting: Weekly and monthly marketing reports that explain what moved and why.\n\nSystems: Our scheduling, project and asset tools kept organized, and repeatable steps automated with AI.\n\nYou should apply if this sounds like you\n3+ years as a hands-on marketing operations generalist: publishing, production tracking and reporting.\n\nYou have administered HubSpot: properties, workflows, deduplication, lead source and UTM tracking, dashboards.\n\nYou know each social platform well and can answer a comment or DM in a brand's voice.\n\nYou have a sharp QA eye.
