In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Director of People and hiring managers to execute full-cycle recruiting, build strong pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience as we scale.\nThis is a fully remote role supporting a team in the EST time zone and is open to candidates based in Brazil.\nWhat You’ll Do\nRun full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles across the business, from intake to offer.\n\nPartner with hiring managers to build role briefs, job descriptions, and hiring plans aligned to team goals.\n\nSource talent globally through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and outbound outreach.\n\nMaintain a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and strong process management.\n\nCoordinate interviews and ensure clean tracking in Ashby, supporting hiring operations and reporting.\n\nContribute to process improvements that help Darkroom hire faster and more effectively.\n\nWhat You Bring\n3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth environment or digital-first organization.\n\nExperience hiring across Paid Media, Retention/CRM, Creative, Social Commerce and other cross-functional roles.\n\nStrong sourcing ability using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.\n\nExperience working in an ATS (Ashby preferred; Rippling/Notion a plus).\n\nStrong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nComfort working in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and shifting priorities.\n\nWho You Are\nPassionate about scaling teams within high-growth, omnichannel marketing organizations.\n\nHighly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.\n\nProactive and solutions-oriented, with a bias for action and ownership.\n\nA strong brand ambassador who creates a thoughtful, professional candidate journey.\n\nMotivated by improving recruiting systems and helping teams hire better - faster.\n\nWhat It's Like to Work at Darkroom\nDarkroom is not a typical agency.
