As a Technical Success Manager, you would serve as a trusted advisor tocustomersecurityandITteams,helpingthemsuccessfullyadoptandoperationalizecybersecuritysolutions.You'llpartnercloselywithcustomerstodrivetechnicalvaluerealization,strengthenadoption,mitigaterisk,andsupportlong-termsuccess.

Workingcross-functionallywithSales,SolutionsEngineering,ProfessionalServices,and Support teams,you'llplayakeyroleinensuringcustomersachievemeasurableoutcomesandmaximizetheimpactoftheircybersecurityprograms.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Buildingtrustedrelationshipswithcustomersecurity,IT,andtechnicalstakeholders.
• Developingtechnicalsuccessplansthatdriveadoption,valuerealization,andoperationalmaturity.
• Identifyingstrategicusecasesthatembedcybersecuritytechnologyintodailyworkflows.
• Monitoringcustomerhealth,engagement,andadoptionmetricstoproactivelyaddressrisksandchallenges.
• Helpingcustomersacceleratetime-to-valueandachievetheirdesiredbusinessandsecurityoutcomes.
• Partneringwithinternalteamstosupportcustomerretention,growth,andoverallsuccess.
• Actingasthevoiceofthecustomerbysharingfeedback,requirements,andopportunitiesacrosstheorganization.

• 3+yearsofexperienceinacustomer-facingtechnicalrolesuchasTechnicalSuccessManager,CustomerSuccessManager,TechnicalAccountManager,SolutionsConsultant,TechnicalConsultant,orsimilar.
• Experienceworkingwithenterprisecustomersincybersecurity,networking,cloud,SaaS,infrastructure,orrelatedtechnologyenvironments.
• Strongcustomerrelationshipmanagementandstakeholderengagementskills.
• Theabilitytotranslatecomplextechnicalconceptsintopracticalbusinessoutcomes.
• Experiencedrivingcustomeradoption,retention,andlong-termsuccess.
• Excellentcommunicationandpresentationskills.
• Acollaborativemindsetandenthusiasmforworkingacrossglobalteams.
