Learn Fast\n\nJob Description:\nWe are looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of technology change across our Revenue Platforms, with a particular focus on Salesforce, MuleSoft and associated integrations.\nWorking closely with a Senior Project Manager and the Revenue Platforms Product Lead, you’ll manage day-to-day planning and delivery across both ongoing project requests and wider transformation initiatives. You’ll connect business and technical teams, manage dependencies and risks, coordinate delivery activity and ensure priority work remains visible, sequenced and on track.\nThis role would suit someone who is comfortable moving between detailed project delivery and senior stakeholder engagement, and who understands the complexities of delivering Salesforce and integration projects within a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.\nKey Duties & Responsibilities\nSupport the Revenue Platforms Product Lead in turning the product roadmap into clear delivery plans, milestones and measurable outcomes.\nManage day-to-day delivery across Salesforce, MuleSoft and related Revenue Platforms integrations, working under the direction of a Senior Project Manager.\nCoordinate delivery across projects including platform transformation, stabilisation, data remediation, pricing and packaging, Revenue Cloud and other business-critical initiatives.\nOwn project plans, RAID logs, dependency tracking, status reporting and decision records, ensuring priorities and risks remain transparent.\nCoordinate sprint planning, UAT readiness, integration activity, data remediation and release planning across multiple delivery streams.\nManage backlog triage and prioritisation, balancing business value, delivery capacity, dependencies and risk.\nPartner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product Owners, engineering teams and the Transformation Office to translate business demand into clear delivery outcomes.\nTranslate technical, data and integration constraints into clear business implications and options for senior stakeholders.\nIdentify and escalate critical risks or blockers early, ensuring the right stakeholders have the information required to make decisions.\nManage delivery across internal teams and external implementation or managed service partners, holding partners accountable for scope, quality and timelines.\nProvide clear visibility of roadmap sequencing, capacity and delivery confidence to stakeholders.\nFacilitate planning workshops, prioritisation sessions and senior stakeholder briefings, adapting communication and reporting to the audience.\nQualifications & Experience\nStrong project management experience delivering technology change across Salesforce and Revenue Platforms within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment.\nHands-on experience delivering projects involving Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud.\nExperience managing platform integrations involving middleware or enterprise integration technologies such as MuleSoft.\nExperience managing a combination of ongoing platform improvements and larger transformation programmes.\nStrong understanding of project planning, dependency management, backlog coordination, UAT and release planning.\nComfortable owning day-to-day delivery tracking, RAID management, stakeholder follow-up and escalation while working alongside a Senior Project Manager.\nExperience managing external implementation or managed service partners, including vendor performance and commercial commitments.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior business and technology leaders.\nExperience working across global, cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple delivery streams simultaneously.\nNice to Have\nProject or delivery certifications such as SAFe/Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL or Lean.\nExperience within cybersecurity, SaaS or another high-growth technology environment.\nPrevious experience within management consulting or a systems integrator.\nExperience facilitating discovery and requirements workshops, including developing user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements.\nFamiliarity with SOX/ITGC, audit requirements or regulated technology environments.\nExperience with project management and reporting tools such as Asana, Jira, GitHub, Power BI or Tableau.\n\nBenefits:\n23 days’ holiday + all public holidays, rising to 25 days after 2 years of service,\n\nAdditional day off for your birthday,\n\nPrivate medical insurance which covers you, your cohabiting partner and children,\n\nLife insurance of 4 times your base salary,\n\nSalary sacrifice pension scheme,\n\nEnhanced family leave,\n\nConfidential Employee Assistance Program,\n\nCycle to work scheme.\n\nAs a growing business strengthening its governance and controls, this role plays a part in supporting high standards of integrity and accountability.\n\nDarktrace is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
