Learn Fast\n\nJob Description:\nWe are looking for a polished and professional Front of House Receptionist to join our busy and vibrant London office.\nAs the first point of contact for visitors, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment at Darktrace. We’re looking for a detail-oriented team player who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys being at the heart of office life.\nThis is a full-time position based in our London office, with occasional travel to our Cambridge office.\nWhat will I be doing\nAs the Receptionist, you’ll be the face of our London office, ensuring every visitor and colleague receives a warm and professional welcome. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:\nGreeting and directing visitors to the appropriate person or office\nAnswering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls\nKeeping the reception area tidy, well-stocked, and presentable\nReceiving, sorting, and distributing daily post and deliveries\nMaintaining office security by following safety procedures and managing visitor access (e.g., logbook, visitor badges)\nOrdering front office supplies and managing inventory\nSupporting with ad hoc tasks such as sourcing vendors, managing office expenses, and assisting with internal employee events\nWhat experience do I need:\nWe welcome applications from candidates who are enthusiastic about building a career in reception and front-of-house roles. You’ll be interacting with people across the business and supporting the Cambridge office directly, so strong communication and time management skills are essential. You’ll also need to be proactive, organised, and have a keen eye for detail.
