Learn Fast\n\nJob Description:\nThe role\nWe are looking for a Workday HCM Systems Analyst to join our Back Office Platforms team.\nYou will be part of our Functional Specialist team, responsible for the configuration, integration and continuous optimisation of Workday HCM, with a primary focus on Workday Recruiting.\nWorking closely with HR stakeholders, business leaders and technical IT teams, you will help ensure Workday remains fit for purpose, integrates effectively with our wider technology landscape and continues to meet evolving business requirements.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining Workday expertise with stakeholder partnership, process improvement and problem-solving.
